The latest Expedia campaign for the holidays tugs at our heartstrings.
Santa leaves his sleigh at home as he travels the world making people smile as he makes his way through airports, security lines, on airplanes and even in a pub in Ireland where he enjoys a nice tall glass of milk. He eventually finds his destination and delivers packages to some very special kids at the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis.
He donates all of the Expedia points he earned during his 19,602 mile journey to St. Jude where they continue to do amazing work.
“Santa flies around the world every year for children, so we loved the connection of giving him travel points to donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” says Vic Walia, senior director of brand marketing at Expedia.
